friday been a real busy day for me..
finally settled down to do my hugh stack of filings.been wanting to do that since 2 weeks ago. i always do my filings on monday and friday, i started telling that i will do on friday and friday came, i will say i will do it on the next monday. after 2 weeks, i finally settled down to them!
friday, being the last day b4 the weekend pass very quickly. and my baby #1, serene is leaving for Europe. so after work, we rushed to the nearby mall to get knitted wear for the cold weather there. she got herself some very nice looking tops and with the 10kg that she had lost, she look lovely in all the clothes! Beautiful! then we walked at our fastest speed to suntec to get her thermo-suit, some tees and shirts and the 10 dvd re-writable her boy had requested for. due to lack of time, 3 of us, aini, me and serene set off in different directions to get al the stuffs needed. this girl ah, last minute! 1 person going overseas, 3 people get busy here and there. hee..
but is fun to spend some time wif her cos we hardly spend time together for the past 2 weeks wif her going to gym during lunch and staying back to clear her stuffs after work so that she can leave for her holidays. finally, we got all the stuffs she need and she requested for some local food. and while she walked back to office to continue her filings which had been pending since september, aini and me walk at a super-sonic hedgehog pace to get the food she wanted.
finally, we got all the food she crave for and spread them on the table of the conference room, and while watching, we watched the 42 inch flat screen tv which our company got last year! shh!!! cannot let others know! we are not supposed to eat there! hee.. anyway, finally, we got down to getting serene packing her stuffs.. that girl really know how to take her time.. dilly dally. while packing, we snap and snap and snap as usual.

finally, at around 12 am in the morning, we finally got ready and send serene off to the airport. so 4 of us were happily chatting away in the cab. and the taxi uncle actually join in and laugh wif us. it was really good bonding. cos at work, all of us were usually stressed up and nowadays, there's hardly any jokes exchanged (except me and aini who sit opposite each other). finally, we checked in serene's 17.9 kg luggage and then we had cakes at Polar.
at 2 plus, serene decided is time for her to checked in. and the 3 of us finally head home. but alas! we can't find the escalator down! and so we tried running on the escalator which goes up. and we were running downward and laughing on the rising escalator which goes upward, against the nature of motion of the escalator. is such a funny scene. me and aini were laughing so much when we finally reach the basement, we turn back and see kelly still taking her time trying to make her way down. then we told her she had to run otherwise, she will be moving on the spot, as if on a track mill. so kelly ran..haha..is so funny to see mummy kelly do this! haha..
finally got home at 4am. slept straight away after washing up. am soooo tired! after a mere few hours of sleep, fiza ring me up at 10am. she wanted to go do our hair together instead of wednesday. after her continous calls, i finally drag my tired body out of the bed at 12 noon. took a quick shower and rushed off in a cab to pick her up. the taxi uncle is apparently too friendly.. asking, "miss bell, is the air con ok for u?", "do u want to listen to music?" .. etc. but i was just too tired to talk so i pretended to be busy on my blackberry. finally, picked up fiza and we make our way to the salon which alice highly recommended. got there at 2 and we finally finish everything at around 1830.
the salon is really very very busy. so the ladyboss was also very sorry to make us wait for such a long time and she gave us a special discount on the shampoos, conditioner and treatment cream! is the brand Goldwell and she sold a full set to us at only $20, and she says she doen't earn at all.. she's just very sorry to mae us wait for such a long time.. cos most of the customers will make a din while 2 of us just waited quietly. well, i supposed is bcos there's two of us.. and we can chit chat while waiting.
having not taken anything for the whole day, fiza and me went to macdonalds and have our dinner before strolling over to Parco Bugis. went to seiyu and spend a bomb on lingeries. actually, is fiza who wanted to get shoes for her mum. but turn out, i bought lingeries cos they were sooo beautiful! they are just like japanese kimono! spend a bomb on them and seiyu gave me a free manicure set for spending my hard earned money there. happily, fiza and me set off for our homes..
got home at around 11 plus and found out my sis is going to KTV! i wanna go too!!!! but she can't wait, so i stayed at home and finish all my emails for work befor joining her at the ktv. then my eyes were hurting as i had my contact lens on for too long.. so i went back first, leaving my sis and sheena behind. then there's something spooky which happened!
i board a cab and the uncle looked very old and was wearing a very strange cap. but my eyes were too painful to bother. told him where i need to go and he says he wanna turn left, but i said right. afterall, is my house and of cos i know where's the shortest route. so he finally said, "yar, right is faster." so he turned right. then finally, i reached my house and i passed him a $50 note. and he says he got no change to give me. i offered to go up my house to get 10 bucks for him but he refused. c'mon! do i look like i will run away for just a few bucks? was already feeling fastruated due to my hurting eyes. so he drove me to the nearest 7-11. so changed the 50 bucks into 5 ten dollars notes there. then he drove me back to my house. he was rude and all, saying i should have told him i only got $50. how can he blamed me! how would i know! and is not as if it's a $1000 note! is only $50! was really angry. actually by the time i got home, the fare is only $5 plus. but i end up paying $7 just bcos he didnt allow me to go up my house to get money for him. actually, its only $2 difference and i dun really care. but i was angry wif the fact that he scolded and blamed me that i had only $50 notes. and he was reprimanding me all the way from my home to 7-11. was so angry!!!
took down the taxi no 9051e. called all the taxi stations to check which company this taxi belong to. but all said that they do not have this taxi wif them except one. and he said that is a merz cab. and i am very very sure i'm not in a merz cab! then i feel pretty spooky, when i recalled the face of the driver.. brrrrzzz... scary! told myself maybe i misread the taxi no due to my hurting eyes and went to sleep.. but is just so spooky!!!! brrrrzzzz.
