was having monday blues today... Unit, something came! was clicking away at my thousands of emails and masha walked past my desk and put a small package on my desk. Actually thought is all those invoices, or brochures, or work related stuffs.. cos masha always distribute such unhappy stuffs to me.. but before she can place it on my desk, she dropped it, so i turned around and see if she's ok. then noticed that the package is too small to hold any A4 size papers.. so i guess it is not a document. turn over to another side, it's from London! and i saw a familiar name in untidy scribblings! hee..
hee.. is Mr Sweetie! open up the package and saw a card and a box of chocolates. the card says "Live your dream". Dreaming is something special between us. because he teaches me how to dream. read from the card that he got me the chocolates while on biz trip in Paris and was caught in the rain while searching for nice chocolates.. silly him. i will like anything he send. luckily he didn't fall sick otherwise, i will feel so bad.
Now, i have the card sticked onto the wall at my workplace.. it reminds me of him. not that i need reminder though! but am happy looking at the card.
this morning surprise definitely chase my monday blues away! all thanks to Mr Alex!

almost every monday, aini and i will choose somewhere nice to have lunch so as to start off the week with. so today our choice is the new japanese place at millenia mall. the deco is so nice , so we(aini, serene, kelly and me) had decided to lunch there since last week. the place is very beautiful with 3 japanese-inspired pavilions in it. the place is pretty small, though.
there's not much of selection.. all they have is rice! and that's what i hate most!
but can't do anything since we were already seated inside. but the food turn out to be quite nice and they are served in beautiful plates and cups. everything comes in set meal, so each of us order a set.. and the funny thing is that they served the set course by course, just like western food! except the salad is replaced by a cold tofu dish and the soup is replaced by chawamushi! haha! i think the restuarant owner must be in a state of confusion (not that famous man)! wonder if he is japanese! haha..

while the other 3 kiddy us had the same thing..
tempura set meal always remind me of kiddy/children meals. wonder why? go to 10 japanese place and i am sure, in the children meals of their menu, there will be at least one tempura dish. wonder why is that so! what if my kid is allergic to prawns? then he can't eat kiddy lunch from those cute little cartoon plates? poor kid.. deprived from normal childhood dining just because he is allergic to prawns.. haha..

went to view my make over photos today.. was suppose to view and discuss with the photographer on where to touch up.. and she overdid it.. so i told her to let it be more natural and go back to how it was. basically, she just brighten the colour of the photos and make my skin colour look even.. but while doing it, she digitally remove my birthmark(on my back) and a mole(ahem.. secret!)! i told her to undo all that! cos that's me! i mean i am born with that birthmark and that mole! if she remove all that, the person in the picture won't be me. so i make her undo all that. i mean it's not as i have a big big mole on my face! i think the birthmark and mole look ok.. at least i find the mole sexy..haha! and the birthmark is me! i am born with them! so she undo all that and i am more satisfied. so, photos will be out next monday! looking forward to it! and of cos i will post them up! cheers!
